Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions apply to all clean up specifications:
- American Maintenance Inc. will supply all cleaning materials and equipment.
- All above work to be completed in a substantial and professional manner according to standard practices.
- There will be a supervisor at the facilities during the hours of clean-up who is responsible for making sure every job on the check list is done to your satisfaction; keeping the keys and making sure the facilities are locked.
- American Maintenance Inc. will follow up on any complaints and eradicate problems swiftly and effectively.
- American Maintenance Inc. will provide all necessary licenses and insurance certificates.
- American Maintenance Inc. is 100% responsible for its employees and actions by them. That's why we carry a two million dollar liability insurance policy and two million dollar worker's compensation policy.
- AMI clients agree to not directly employ, or seek to directly employ AMI workers introduced to you by AMI, unless it has been 8 months since the last referral date. If you have employed our workers during this time, full payment for services will be charged.
AMI provides a high quality cleaning services that are absolutely safe for your workers, family, pets and the environment. Our products used are made with replenishable ingre-dients and exceeds the “majors” in performance, price and convenience.
AMI vlues it's customers by providing them with the same customer care specialist for the whole duration of their account.
