Medical facilities safety first and priority. All employees are trained to identify and avoid potential hazards. As well as exposure to hazardous chemical so that adverse health effects are prevented. Our organization's policy requires all employees to use cleaning products according to the manufacturer's instructions. Training is mandatory for any employe that works in a medical facility.

Cleaning Specifications:

1. Routine cleaning of all bathrooms (patient and staff)
2. Routine cleaning of all sinks/ faucets
3. Terminal cleaning of all rooms
4. Terminal cleaning of bed siderails, tables, headboards, mattresses. Cleaning of shelves and all surfaces, IV poles, wheelchairs, stretchers, etc.
   
5. Cleaning of utility rooms
   
6. Terminal cleaning is performed by trained personnel for rooms occupied by MDR and non-MDR-Acinetobacter patients
7. Exchanged curtains are send to laundry

Ventilator equipment and other reusable equipment should always be cleaned and disinfected according to manufacturer’s guidelines between patients.
