Final Clean-Up
A successful finish of a new construction, remodel or new office establishment will not look and feel good without a final clean-up. Clean-Up specifications:
- Window, window frame and track cleaning. (includes label glue, paint or compound removal)
- Windowsill cleaning
- Door and door jamb cleaning
- Floor cleaning (includes: sweeping, moping, vacuuming, polishing and waxing where applicable)
- Dust and dirt removal from all high/low surfaces
- Baseboard and miscellanous millwork cleaning
- Light fixture cleaning
- Receptacles and switch cleaning
- Duct and grid cleaning (HVAC)
- Removal of all remaining materials
- Removal of all construction debris including screws, nails, staples, tapes, etc.
- Move-in ready clean up (includes cleaning of all installed appliances and fixtures)
